How can our city officials be ok with sending one of our detectives to the PBA office full time. This is unheard of in a agency this size. The detective would then be "double dipping" because he is being paid by both the city and PBA at the same time. If its not illegal it's unethical when your using tax payer money.

Don't worry..... the PBA will fuk you outta your money and do nothing for you. You should dump them quick.
