I am posting this information because Walking Small’s intimidation and completely incompetent administration has got to end! We all know the stories but I have the documentation to back what I am posting, so WS cannot deny his past. I will write like we write reports, with no emotion just the facts.

On Tuesday, 03-05-1991 Stephan Hardy Whidden was driving a 1989 Black Ford Mustang and was stopped by Collier County Sheriff’s Sergeant Terry Ciancia for a traffic violation on Pine Ridge Road by the I-75 Overpass in North Naples. Sergeant Ciancia discovered that Whidden’s driver’s license was suspended indefinitely (times three) for failure to pay citations. Whidden had received five citations beginning in 1988.

Sergeant Ciancia charged Whidden with driving on a suspended driver’s license (332.34), a misdemeanor criminal infraction. Sergeant Ciancia issued traffic citation (80251-TW) with a criminal court date of 04-02-1991.

Whidden failed to appear for his court date and Judge Eugene Turner issued a warrant for arrest for failure to appear. Whidden petitioned the court and paid a $75.00 fine to have the warrant set aside and a new court date. On 04-26-1991, Whidden signed a court affidavit pleading no contest to driving with a suspended license and paid $105.00 cost of court fees.

All of these records are available at the Collier County Clerk of Courts. They are hard to read because they were scanned many years after being issued. I have delivered these documents to a couple of media members and they just blow it off (quite possibly out of fear of the regime).

It most certainly is a decertifiable offense. I would bet none of this is listed on ANY application he has ever submitted. Clewiston PD, HCSO, or anything else.

Georgia should be responding any day.

He apparently took the initiative to get the warrant vacated, plead "no contest", provided proof of compliance (valid driver's license), and paid the "court costs". No fine or conviction. It's all right there in the supporting documents.

In my book that's fairly responsible for an 18 year old kid. Just sayin!

If that info is out there, then you know WS and his goons have heard it. The only female employees that I can think of that act like that still work there, one is a LT and the other is Super D's personal servant. I have got to agree with calls it. I don't like any of this sh**. I cannot wait until this is over. This is my first election and I have to tell you, it really bothers me. My wife asks me about it every night. We are supposed to be family, but I do not like seeing divorces and the like brought into this. The Sheriff's past arrest, I don't know if that matters, but I know a divorce shouldn't be. I have been divorced before, and so have many of us. Anyways I can not wait until next week.
