KWPD

Does KWPD have a step increase chart as far as pay goes for longevity? Also, what is the rate of pay for your off duty details? Any automatic disqualifiers for the dept?
Am thinking of applying and just wanted the heads up on a few things. Thanks for the info and stay safe.
