I posted the actual "rules" the Property Reciept for the evidence that was given to WHO. The Philadelphia Police Internal Affairs so they could investigate the Philadelphia Police Internal Affairs LOL! Ha HA HA HA!!!!
The District Attorney's Office did NOT want these documents. Don't you think this alleged investigation should be made PUBLIC?

This is what IAD is doing in their spare time while making false charges against John Leca since he is only a single cop. No connections or "juice" like Joseph Dilacqua.

District Attorney's Gaming Task Force Receives Grant

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board presents District Attorney Seth Williams with a check for 150 thousand dollars to investigate and prosecute illegal gambling activity in Philadelphia. The money is from the Board’s Local Law Enforcement Grant and will be used for the salaries of members of the District Attorney’s Gaming Control Task Force.
