PS; I was never given the opportunity to actually see the polygraph test that you administered to a fine citizen named "James Farmer" who was a citizen complainant against me in an Internal Affairs Investigation. Yes, It was actually requested as part of "Discovery" in my Federal Lawsuit against the City of Philadelphia however........it was NEVER produced. I have been told most recently and in the past that it was NEVER produced because;
1. It does not exist and that IAD was not performing Polygraph Examinations of citizen Complainants.
2. If it does exist they (The Police Department, City of Philadelphia) purposely with held it because it would not past scrutiny in any court.
No hard feelings, but you know it would be nice to see actual "alleged' evidence rather than just have IAD writing down anything and expecting for it to be believed. I am working on gathering the whole investigation into a tidy package to post, just for laughs.
