Mr. Whidden likes to explain to us at these events and forums as well as published propaganda he sends out in the mail, about his "entrepreneurial" and "president" and "executive management skills" concerning his company "NARC-SCENT". He claims and I am sure we have all heard his spiel about it, how he developed this product that agencies all across the country use, and applaud. This wonderful training aid yada yada yada.
