I recently joined a university state police department and have found out that our Police union negotiator was affiliated with the actual university. He was on the payroll as a speaker and was affiliated before and after our negotiations. Our So called representative also was vital in encouraging us to sign the first deal offered. Is there a way this can be disputed or grieved? Thanks
