Can you please explain Ofc. Katina Rodriguez dismissal ofa DWLS citation to Golcen Beach Town Manager Alexander Diaz?

Mr. Town Manager (Corruption Ring Leader of Golden Beach):
I see you have received 4 traffic violations on 2/24/2012 one being a Driving Under The Influence (316.193(1)). The other 3 citations further backup your drinking and driving in my opinion.
Are you going to call in favors and try to dismiss all 4 traffic violations?
Do any of the officers who stopped you on 2/24/2012 have friends in NMB PD or Aventura PD?
