With all the officers quitting or getting fired for BS, it seems 101 and 104 will have to get back in the rotation. Maybe they can take D4....I'm sure 104 doesn't even know how to get there since he's too busy applying pledge to his desk every hour. I'm sure both of them will be spending quite some time in the City Mnager's office soon. It's 2012, you just can't fire officers for no good reason and not expect consequences.
