How do the full time PG Police Officers feel about the volunteers that patrol PG for free?

Are they a good thing, or a bad thing as far as you are concerned?

In NYC, there is an Auxiliary Police Unit. The full timers do not like having them, because they feel the city should just hire more cops instead.
