Guess who I am

Can you tell who I am?

I worked for the City of Miami Police Department and in 1999 I resigned while under investigation. After 1999 I did not work for any Police Department, but then I got picked up by Golden Beach Police Department in 2007.

I've been asked to turn my badge, gun, ID and take home car.

Essentially, I've mucked up in two Police Departments in my entire life.
