A leader should always have a progressive mindset. Its a shame we are always playing catch-up. Turning down good applicants due to military tattoos? What a pity.

I bet half this department has a tattoo, especially the younger officers. Only people with antiquated thought regard tattoos as poor form nowadays.

We are worried about folks that have tasteful tattoos, yet we have folks that work the drives with missing, dirty, teeth and uniforms. They also smell, Nobody say's anything to them. We do have dentle plans and get $500 a year to look persentable.
