Bad hires!

I am looking through our posts and I am noticing all of our bad hires happened at a certain point. I highly doubt Russ dropped the ball, but just look at the facts. 540, 546, singleton and singletary all in the 540 area. Everybody 546 has worked with tries their best to stay as far as they can from her. 540 has been proud that she has been arrested several times and acts like she runs the department, but has very little actual knowledge! The single brothers don't answer their calls and love to stay with each other all night. I am not a homophobe but it is very odd. Now all these people are only a small portion of the department, but contribute a lot of the negative stigma associated with bad hires. I have never seen so many bad hires hired in a very small time period. I would say apart from these people we have otherwise good agency officers.
