You obviously didn't see the video of the stop on the outbound. The guy cut off a limo and a traffic stop was initiated. The guy started to pull over and when he got to the shoulder he took off. It is people like you who speak from total ignorance that spread false rumors that ruin this department.

This department has been ruined by years of inept promotions of unqualified officers to supervisor roles and the micromanaging that accompanies such terrible decisions. You can't go on any call more than a lost bag where you don't have a Cpl or Sgt halfway up your ass by the end of it telling you how to breath and how to sneeze. Then, when you do your report just the same way as EVERY OTHER ONE you've done the supervisor finds some petty, minuscule "mistake" that is at best subjective half of the time, and call you 10-19 for report rejections.

Its been ruined due to low pay to senior employees who feel like crap when they've put int 8,10, 12+ years and make $5-8 less an hour than a Cpl thats only been here 2-3 years. They've also endured years of talk about a step plan only to be told no time again and be given shitty raises that did nothing to alleviate the issues. Also, we're the ONLY local agency that doesn't recognize senior officers with a Master Police program and compensate appropriately. Absolute garbage PD. I'm out the moment I vest in FRS, on to another agency that will treat me like an adult.
