It seems as if morale has hit a new low at the department. Management really needs to address the two following concerns:
There is rumor that #1 and #2 are related, doesn't this violate the HCAA nepotism rule?
That a corporal is/was the next door neighbor of the chief and they were good friends prior to that corporal's hire, this leads to the impression of favoritism by #1.
If they investigate others for favoritism and won't allow supervisors and officers who are in a relationship to work together, how's come they're exempt?
