Well looks like Rick Scott isnt through, he stated that next year he wants to totally eliminate Drop, and that the minimum he wants is no intrest paid on these accounts. So another hit is coming next year.
God I wish I could retire, it is not even worth going in to the drop without a minimum 4% intrest rate, its better to go get a new job. Thanks Rick you jack a$$.
