So at the meeting today, it was announced that those that are getting promoted, 2 lieutenants and 2 Sgt., had to sign an MOU. The reason for this? Don't believe the BS about the Acting Sgts or Acting Lts. complaining. The reality is that the City may impose a freeze on promotions and the union wants certain people promoted before this takes place. We have 2 many Lts according to the boss, so why promote?
Another thing, since when does an Officer with less than 2 years on, tells the Boss give me an NTL position or I sue. That officer should have never been hired or made it through the training squad . Daddy's little girl is being coached by daddy.
