Over/Under

Let's play a little friendly game of over/under. The question of the day is:

How long will it take for the first write up to come down? Let's use 5 weeks as the standard. Do you think it'll be longer (over) or shorter (under) than the 5 weeks. All are eligible to participate, including citizens, employees, even web browsers.
