Anything you can provide in the way of information would be helpful. Our community has a PD that is a mess and a chief helping to make it worse by lying to the citizens.

All I can say is good luck. They guy is unreliable and won't help your agency at all. I know for a fact while he was in Juno, he came in late and never came back to work after lunch. He maybe put 2 hrs a day in and for those 2 hrs he screwed up whatever he touched. Just watch your back and do your best.

This is great. BD did the exact same thing in AZ. We called him "The Hurricane". he would blow in, screw everything up and blow out before noon. He was a pretty special guy.
