Is it a big NO NO to be caught without your service cap??? I was an episode of cops (yep I still like watching copshttp://forums.leoaffairs.com/postin ... ost&f=128# (copshttp://forums.leoaffairs.com/posting.php?mode=post&f=128#)) and the cops seemed preoccupied with keeping their hats on...
