S.A.N.E. Training?

I am currently in school for my RN degree after graduation I want to attend a S.A.N.E training to get my Florida license, however, the research I have done on the training shows the nearest one to North Florida to be GA, any input on these classes would be appreciated....also if your agency uses these services do you pay the S.A.N.E separate then the hospital? I read the starting wage is 27$ an hour or up to 400$ per case.... just trying to figure out how they get the 400$ per case...thanks in advance.
