This city police department - possibly the most dysfunctional in South Florida? Just check out all the Riviera Beach Police Blogs on this site. They are truly pathetic!
You ain't kidding, when you type Riviera Beach in the search engine all the dirt comes up. Better watch out it might clog your computer. LOL. But seriously the best one is the latest poster about the waste and dirt balls in the agency over the last year. Who the heck is left patrolling the streets over there? And whenthe heck is the ring leader of 'em all "Curly" leaving? That guy is like a cancer over there.

Obviously the above poster has not been following this department of corrupt cops. I suggest he/she go to the Riviera Beach blogs and read up or just ask any good cop in the county about this place and its cops or any prosecutor.

This is the TRUEST and best posting I have seen on this sight. If you want to clean up the records a lot of Palm Beach crooked cops (Riviera Beach primarily), the best way to do it is help the staff at the State Attorneys office.
Join the ‘professionals’ in destroying evidence, rewriting and reissuing documentation, and issuing false statements of ‘probable cause’ against innocent people ruffed up, arrested, and destroyed by these Palm Beach Boys (delinquent kids really) In Blue. See how the written laws are rewritten as needed to protect the cops. You can get a full training course by reviewing the ’corrected and adjusted’ files relating to Major Harasser ’Curly Top’ himself. Lets clean up these rogue cop's images now before they all end up in prison! Above all, remember that these guys are not corrupt, they 'Just follow orders' like good little SS troops, and they need your protection or 'Oppression in Palm Beach County' will be stamped out, and the scummy poor will over run the excessively rich.

You have to wonder- this overtime corruption is such a petty crime compared to everything else the RBPD does at the illegal request of the Riviera Beach City Government (and the powers that put them in office - and OWN them) - It would be sad to learn that LeeAnne does not roll on Pat who rolls on David, who rolls on the real cancer in the town.
Can you believe a town with this much corruption, and a Major Caribbean Port is not a major player to the Drugs, Gun running, Human Trafficking operations so prevalent in this country of ours? Who really cares about a little extra overtime ???????????????? What a joke. You have to really wonder about those ships from Afghanistan and asian ports sailing under British papers. (Don't worry, if they clean up Riviera Beach, Savannah and Newport News will pick up the extra port traffic - good business always has a back up plan)
LeeAnne will be lucky to survive this alive in my opinion. She is worth a lot more silent. Assuming of course she still is silent. Best wishes LeeAnne. Anyone seen her lately?

Pat Galligan is the real "culprit" here Bill. He has taken our city for thousands of dollars of "call out" time that he did not even come out and supervise Leanne while she was busting her ass out there. She was just stupid enough to play along. Then on top of that he was even too lazy to notorize the arrest paperwork so there are a few crimes here. 1. Grand theft from the city (of which he reaps the benefit every month that built up his pension numbers) 2. The Forgery of an offical document. 3. Official Misconduct ( of which the S/A has been dragging Boynton Beach cops to the klink for right and left). So why is "Patty cakes" immune? He runs and hides leaving Leanne hanging out to dry? What a Man! By the way, when is that lunatic Dodson going to trial for his shannanigans during akes retirement party?

This case is now in trial and the rat *******s ( Deputy vance, Ofc. Pain and Passoryio) have testified and shown what liars they are. In fact vance got a job as a PBSO Deputy when they had a hiring freeze after convincing the state attorney he was in danger at Riviera Beach. What a crock of horse shit and the sheriff fell for it. Then this ***** Galligan is not even man enough to come testify for his best detective that was helping him get thousands and thousands in overtime monet to pad his pension. This case is a classic example of back stabbing cop *******s.
CONGRATS SCHNEIDER!!!!! YOU TOTALLY DESERVE THIS VICTORY. GOOD LUCK TO YOU IN YOUR FUTURE!!! :D
