Shifts? Cycles?

What are the hours of the shifts at SJSO? Do they work in cycles with 4 days on and 4 days off?

The road works twelves two on two off three on three off. Soething like that. Havent workrd the road in years but evry other weekend off and they change from days to nights evry 56 days.
