I am moving to Florida and will be certified. I was wondering whether the Deland or Orange City PD was a good place to work. Thanks for the input.

Orange City just had a mutiny about a year ago. Deland is a good place. Best of luck.

They county has recently lost several folks if that tells you anything

Yeah, try Daytona or DeLand PD, all the other cities in Volusia blow and just take one look at the counties pay scale.
