dunnellon pd and marion so

Neither 1 of these departments have a web page i was wondering if anyone on here could give me any insight into it departments. Pay? Morale? Take home? Compare OPD MCSO and Dpd. I'm a certified officer relocating, And looking for info on the 3 departments. Any information would be greatly appreciated

All three are good agencies that have no more problems than any other agency, the best starting pay maybe OPD, I know MCSO is pretty low. Don't know about DPD. All three have take home car programs but the only one where you will or at least should get a car right away is MCSO. Training at all three agencies is poor especially OPD. No one takes in service training at OPD serious, the MCSO firearms training is pretty awesome from what I have been told, they also do two weeks a year where as OPD did 2 days! DOn't know what DPD does.
My best suggestion do a ride a long and ask a shit load of questions!
