How much longer could this Stwan & Stwan tag team of the department last? It is going go force good people go to another agency due to his poor leadership and constant searching for ways to gig officers. Just remember...carmas is a *****.

You can't be a supervisor and post a reply like that! If you were you would realize the serverity of your comments. Simply put the agency really needs to look at how they manage people. Capt Stwan will not have the respect of the members of the PD until he shows them that he is commited to being a leader. You can not follow a leader who isn't willing to listen to the concerns of the people and make an effort as a "Capt/supervisor" to correct the issues. Sometimes it's good to know that your Capt is willing to come out of the office and talk to the folks that work with him, to make sure that he is doing all that he can as a supervisor to support the members of the PD. Yes, checks and balances are needed, but when it is apparent that a "supervisor" is a head-hunter, who is checking the head-hunter? Good officers will eventually leave the PD because of poor supervision. Hopefully with the upcoming officers, they will make rank and set a new standard of leadership. We do have some good leaders in the department. However, when the members are supported, they will work until it hurts!!!!! Well, most of them! LOL.......
