Once again the Sheriffs Office shows what a class act they are.....NOT.....by Monday the family might be throwing rocks at anyone in a green uniform. Maybe Bob will give us his "Im one of you" speach and we will all forget that if we are killed in the line of duty Bob will show up with a check for 2500. Forget that we are the lowest paid LEOs in South Florida...forget we have the worst health insurance, if you are killed at work your family gets a 2500 dollar check from BOB and Rick. If you don't like it leave and BOB will replace you for 25,0000 a year......I hope this wakes up some of us.....please let this be the last Deputy Homestead PD pays for and handles the funneral. We all know the Sheriff and underSheriff are jokes......but we are not if we have to do it ourselves we can't allow these clowns to keep embarassing OUR agency
