to all ..how about using this to give ideas how to improve the dep and the people that work there instead of crushing them....when a person finds happiness in another`s tragic that is very sad...let`s see your ideas...some of us forget how good we have it.

how about you stop creating positions for people instead of the good of the dept, appreciate and honor those officers who do a good job whether they are white, black, hispanic or not. realize that some people aren't going away for a while so make the best of it. mr v, stop sexually harrasing the female employees, you're gonna get in trouble one day. STOP sweating the small stuff, once again, just STOP. give everybody an equal opportunity when it comes to new positions in the dept, seniority should count for something. stop focusing so much on traffic and patrol the town damt it!!! oh and stop with the ****ing favoritism, its getting old.
