Morale

Chief Williams, your comments in the paper say that you don't think there is a morale issue at YOUR department. Where and who are you getting your information from? You say you talk to your "troops", if you do are they lying to you? I overheard one of your officers the other night speaking of how bad morale is at the OPD, and how it appears as if there may be a lot of reverse discrimination going on, is this true? How come none of these questions have never been addressed? Are they not being asked? As a citizen of this community these are questions I would like answers to.

Morale will be low at this department until the top 2 are gone, it is a fact. I think we are too far gone now to ever get the morale back up for some people. The chief has no idea whats going on, and noone is going to tell him for fear of the DC coming back against people.

What's a "DC", and what does he do? Is he a threat to the officers?
