WTF these guys are the new FTO's. What the hell is going on around here.We are all in deep S&%# now.

Who are the new FTO's ?

We for sure have some of the dumbest supervisors in the lands. I hear that if you need a quality radar for a boat though, one of them has a sweet hookup, as long as you dont mind going to the alley behind the store, after hours, waiting in the dark until the employee runs your 2k dollar radar to you, for a fifty.

So whats wrong with the new guys?

The biggest problem i see with the new generation is a lack of respect for seinority, and an inability to take constructive criticism. When you try to teach them, help them, give them advice, they look at you like you grew another head. Gone are the days of the tin badge, when there was respect for a 5 or 10 year veteran by the younger people.

And their officer safety sucks, but that is an FTO issue. If the FTOs arent teaching people how to turn off headlights, properly approach a building, etc. then we have a problem.

Same problem at the SSO. we have rookies training rookies. No wonder were both haveing problems.

Are you talking about the rookies or the new FTO,S. A lack of respect is an issue, these new FTOS have a lot of time on I think they will do a better job than waht we have had in the past.
