chief retaliates against the union by dening a union board member into the community patrol unit. the union proved that the chief and his mangement puppets attacked detective ed hill unfairly.

again, chief is upset and angry. chief takes out his anger by retaliating agaisnt others and he trys to impose fear tactics.

i hear the union will conduct a VOTE OF CONFIDENCE of the chief next month. stay tune!
