Anybody want a spot @ Station 1?

If anybody would like a position at Station 1 you can have one by simply filing a grievance.

An officer is being moved to the interstate for no apparent reason since there is no paperwork on it and instead of using the contract required bid process to fill the position the Cpt. took it upon himself to just call and offer it to the relief officers at the station. What is really confusing is that the officer being moved has to wait and bid back in if he wants to go back to the station?????? Also they are moving the position number to the interstate along with the officer which could cause us to loose another position due to budget cuts in the future.

Moving the officer is illegal also as he is not being placed on probation, no paperwork stating he is being punished, basically just the cpt's whim. How does he keep getting away with screwing his officers? Stealing leave and now this??


So simply file a grievance against this ILLEGAL action and get a spot station 1, all it takes is a set of nuts and a little writing. Maybe a call to the IG's office?

Oh yeah Officer Mitchell is leaving also so there will be 2 positions open.

Fact! He is going to USDA. If it is a lie he told it.

Mitchell had a interview with USDA for his Fathers old job, that is fact. Haven't heard if he got it, but I think it is his if he want's it, and he say's he want's it.
