Off-Duty Bid

Just a small word of advice to all you young NMB Officers (less than 5 years on, and under 30 years of age). Don't bid on weekend off-duty jobs if you don't plan on working them. You young guys take all the weekend strip club jobs, restaurants, etc.. and then you immediately try to give them away every single week once the bid starts. Go out on the weekend, have fun drinking with your buddies, girlfriends, but give officers who want to work (JH, AD, CC, CB, RG, AS,) the opportunity to make money, without having to be constantly looking in their computers on weekdays when you try to dump your weekend job. JVB stop bidding on Dixie Lounge!!!!!

Maybe if you old lazy farts would do some work and get court time and actually live up to the badge instead of whining about calls because you want to surf the internet and not do jacks**t you would never have to worry about working off-duties. Or if you would stop bidding for other people like AKA reserve officers or other officers and screwing over the younger guys then maybe we would not bid the weekend job. You dummys figure it out.
