Officer Needs Assistance

First, I appologize for the intrusion onto your message board, but I was hoping someone could help with some 43. I work the road over here in New Port(Sh!ty)Richey, where trust me, we have our problems, but any way, I wanted to know if anyone is familar with the Deputy City Manager of Eustis. John S. He was just hired by our city as City Manager, and would like to get an idea what's coming our way. Is he pro police ? Anything anyone could offer would be appreciated, positive, or negative.
