Everyone should know that the Teamsters will do nothing for you!

At Longwood PD the Teamsters shop steward is a corporal that failed the corporals test. Now he is going to get detective corporal position while other corporals that did pass the test get passed over. Coincidentally negotiations with the Teamsters always go smoothly!

Teamsters are way over rated!

They are good for truckers not cops bro. If you wanna drive a truck go hire the teamsters, by the way they are also good crooks.

Longwood has long been known for incompetent leadership. The chief there was never even a road supervisor before making chief, only traffic. The next chief is likely to be a lieutenant that is a documented harasser.

Dump the Teamsters and conduct interviews with some other Law Enforcement Unions. Try the IUPA or the PBA.

Longwood.. call Jeff at the IUPA 941-313-0030...or just stay with the teamsters...the PBA is terrible, especially in your area. At least IUPA supplies you with an Attorney at the bargaining table and actually provides excellent legal representation.
