Promotions

I got to hand it to the Tallahassee Police Dept. and the Pensacola Police Dept. They had officers that could not even be promoted to the rank of Sergeant, but this agency allowed them to come over as lieutenants, captains, majors, colonels, etc. It is a testament to the promotion procedures of the police agencies mentioned that assures only the best and the brightest are eligible for advancement. Too bad this agency lowered it's standards to allow this mockery of management to happen. So be it!! What goes around comes around to bite you !!!!!!!.

You're just jealous that people with real law enforcement experience beat you to the top of the tree. Now get back in your park!!!!!!

You may need to check your facts there. One was at the top of the promotional list (number 1) when he departed and was told he would be promoted at that agency if he stayed. Another was recruited away from his city employer and could hardly be described as being unable to achieve promotion.
