The Labor Board has a contract session scheduled for Tuesday, Decemebr 8th, 2009/930am @ City Hall 1st Floor Conference Room.
This session will be to hopefully finalize the pension aspect and 2nd tier proposal of the negotiations.
If an agreement is made, a vote will take place probably beginning Thursday/Friday and then go to Monday when the ballots will be counted in the Briefing Room.
A copy of the proposal will be emailed to all members and a copy along with the proposed CBA will be posted on the FOP Board.
