How Do We Get Rid of Jeff Morano

Can anyone suggest how to get rid of an aching sore ass called Jeff Morano? I pity you guys when it comes to Mr. Suave Morano. This guy is leading our city to destruction. Does anyone have a leash to pull him off?

This guy is an adminstrator stirring the pot. Jeff is doing a great job. Hollywood got a nice contract. We would have had a contract long ago if the city wasnt run by corrupt thieves. Your city commission loves the police ours hates us.

I doubt anyone, including yourself, has any idea what you were trying to say.

You guys are never happy, **** Brickman, Jeff Marano and the PBA are the ones who got us the GREAT benneis we have today. We are above other departments when it comes to pay and bennies.

We have to keep up the work putting officails in office that will take care of us and remove the ones that don't.Of course there are some trade offs, like in any business.

Look at all the hell Jeff went through just for being a PBA rep with former chiefs, he was there for us all along and he sometimes suffered becuase of it .

If you guys think getting rid of Marano is the answer your mistaken.

We at HPD have what we have because of Brickman and Marano, we always got people elected that promised to do us right , the old saying " we will put you into office and we will take you out of office", is still the way we operate.

That has always been our moto, You guys need to get active within the city, spending time off duty going to meetings and explaining your needs to the community, in return they will force city hall to give what you want.

Any elected officals that fight you, you will need to remove from office when the elections come around.
You can do this by getting invovled way before election time.

I admitt that sometimes this doesn't come easy, but the longer you don't do anything ,the further behind you will get.

Marano is a stand up guy, he will go to bat for any cop even at his own cost, that is why we continued to elect him as our rep here at HPD and throughout the county. HE HAS A PROVEN TRACK RECORD on contracts!!!!!!!!!!!!

You guys should learn from him , its a talent that the younger guys should learn so that they can pickup the ball and help and continue .
