It starts with a college degree. A slim muscular and athletic physique so one appears long and lean in uniform. An executive haircut parted on the side. No facial hair. No tattoos.
Concern about topics such as achieving more diverity in the department. Avoiding bad publicity by addressing concerns such as racial profiling and excessive force.
Too much machismo is not welcome.

Well here we go again with the college degrees. Good for you if you got one, great if you have served in the military. Police Department infrastructure is based on a "para-military" not a "para-college" way of thinking. If you scholars can't figure that out maybe it's time to go back to college and get another piece of paper. Case closed!

My point was, you need to verify, call the institutions to make sure that the people claiming to have degrees actually have them and not just attended some of the classes or maybe not attended that institution at all. I can state and put down I have a degree from Harvard, but it isn't true, but you wouldn't know that unless you called to verify it :lol:

Maybe he will walk up to you and backhand you across the chops. Then maybe he spits in your mouth. Then maybe he throws a roundhouse kick that blows out your knee ligaments. Then when you drop to your knees in screaming agony maybe he grabs you by your hair it rips your head back to expose your jugular vein in your neck. Then maybe he delivers a series of punches square in your throat. When youre gargling blood in a fetal position maybe he kicks you repeatedly about the head, neck, chest, and groin until you go limp and give up the ghost.
Or maybe you just keep your words, your opinions, and your eyes to yourself and move along quietly.
