For the sake of the dept, moral, ethics and integrity,

Do not post, read, review or even acknowledge this website.

Lets tighten up and be a police department and not a bunch of kids like on myspace

Puss,If you are such a leader, why don't you post under your real name and show you've got a set.

For the sake of the dept, moral, ethics and integrity...

LMAO, OMFG! What do any of those things have to do with the Cape cops? Their moral compass is out of phase, their ethics suck, and they have no integrity.

The title of this thread and the first line are such a fine example of an oxymoron. Way to go at least you have some intelligence. Oh wait you probably didn't realize what you did. Kinda like you a poet and didn't even know it.

Nice try fat man. Stay off this site.

Don't they realize we know when command staff is on here trying to stir the pot. What a goob.

Vince? That guy had a serious inferiority complex!! He would also go through money like there was no tomorrow!!

Oxymoron, isn't that Billy Mays' gig. Oh wait that's oxyclean. I wonder if it works on corruption and coverups.

Now, now, let's all look the other way and forget all of this happened..... Pay no attention to the fat guy in the business suit who now acts like you're good enough to acknowledge.

In all seriousness, the initial poster would be absolutely right, if there wasn't so much wrong inside the department. Let's be careful with blanket "they" when we refer to the CCPD. Many within are good people and they are stuck.

SGT to ASS chief in 22 months

good move by the administration
good for moral
no experience necessary and he proved he had none
do as I say, not as I do
place blame anywhere else to make your self look good
He only cared for his ego, not the department, not the officers.

and somehow he managed to teach these ugly traits to the up and coming supervisors for them to follow
Brilliant, simply Brilliant!!!!

keep the faith

Only on this board can people who retired a year ago be a subject on a hostile thread.
The only thing this does is embarrass us.

Whatever they did or didn’t do, whoever they liked or didn’t like, helped or hurt, what does it matter right now?

We need to move forward guys and stop dwelling on the past. It serves us no purpose.
We are not the public's or council's biggest fans right now and we need to address that issue first. We need to gain their trust and confidence immediately.

If you think about it, it is not that difficult of a task.
