I have a townhome for rent near the Veterans theater area. Its a 2/2.5 in a pretty quite neighborhood. Its located in the Carrolwood Keys community. I am a fellow LEO and would love/prefer to rent it to another fellow LEO. My neighbor is also a LEO in Tampa. If business is done with a LEO I will waive the downpayment and you could simply move in and start paying rent. I am asking $1200 a month which includes water.
