You are talking about SR county right? It is a good thought but who is capable of firing three quarters of the SO? Have you looked at the CC's? Then, when you have your modern, sleek, 21st century organization, the fact remains that your still in SR county. A vast majority of law enforcement practices throughout the country would not work in this geographic area. Reality really doesn't work in your world does it?

Your just a punk. Guys like you are the problem in law enforcement. Why dont you add "if you violate a persons rights, your fired". How about "if your a liar, your fired". Then most of your kind would be gone. Go get a life, you are not funny--you are the problem.
