Good Morning,

While driving home from Perry, I noticed a marked Pick up -Blue lights and all markings.
It did not look like FWC- What types of equipment are you issued or Use.
I am a retired LEO from another state ---just curious. \thanks
stay safe : :D

Not sure without seeing it personally, but perhaps it was undercover FHP. At least that's what it sounds like to me.

Do you have reading comprehension problems, he said, "Marked" or did you miss that.

To the original poster. We have many vehicles, the striping is Black with Gold and our badge is on the doors. Older markings say "State Law Enforcement" and new ones say "Police". Some of us drive Explorers, Expeditions, Durangos and most recently Crew Cab Ford Pickups. We have LED lightbars that are all blue.

Me also. The state should also merge AG-DOT-FHP as well.

I think it should be AG-FWC-DEP Merger and FHP-DOT merger. Just my opinion...

That would work as well and cut down on the red tape. I combined AG with FHP and DOT because up in the north part of the state AG works on the Interstate at their checkpoints.
