Was the millage rate hike approved enough?

Lots of rumors still flying.... Does the raise of millage rate going to help or not? What does that mean to the police and fire departments? Are we losing services? I missed the commission meeting, but heard some great words were spoken on the behalf of police and fire, is that true?. Now, if we can only make sure that our services don't suffer....
