how did the dept manage to have someone so evil in that dept for so long. maybe while he was a school resource officer he learned a thing or two from the thug teenagers, since he's as dum as a rock out in the street. you guys should take a look at cpd postings. and if anyone knows the real reason why he didnt make chief there please make yourself at home on the clermont bulletin. everyone will love to know.
