Wow it seems that this guy is obviously getting into more unessecary sh!t then any other PO we have ever had. And he has been here how long? Red Flags. I have some advice for you. Take it easy out there because all these things are going to add up and our city attorney is going to do you like the other officer we had here who everyone compares yout to. The only difference is that you are a bit worse.

first of all the nmb officer is not a sgt. but a rookie who has the worst attitude in the department. he IS a total a-hole and isn't much of a cop either. he is stacking up complaints and probably won't last for a long time in our field and with our agency. anyway with that being said that was still pretty low to give him a ticket. i dont want to judge you because i dont know you but man what were you thinking. again i dont know you but your actions speak volumes about your proffesionlism and judgement. you two should go out for a drink together because you both seem to have the same issues with managing your emotions.

Our pension is 60% at 20 yrs.........70% at 23 yrs 75% at 25 yrs so on and so on. It includes unlimited OT & Court and we can cash in all of our Deferred Comp towards the pension. We then have an 8 yr drop. Almost all of us make over a 100 a year, so when it's all said and done, we end up with a good pension. Can it be better? Yes of course, but unfortunately, we have a new chief that does not care about anything but himself and his "on thin ice" position. Not to talk that good about the city, but the department purchases all of our equipment/firearms etc. We all just got brand new Glock 45's, computers and each officer has a Commando 223 rifle. NMB used to be on the cutting edge and one of the best departments around, but as stated before, our chief and his staff are useless and we are the ones to suffer. Let's stop bickering with each other and take care of each other.
