Does anyone recall this case?

Does anyone recall an incident a few years back where an officer was terminated for improper use of department computers? I'm not certain if I have the correct agency. I can't recall what the officers name was but, he utilized the computer to access the internet on duty. I'm trying to get the correct info for an inservice training on this topic (web surfing, porn, watch what the hell you say on the clock) and having trouble with google.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
