On behalf of the newly elected Labor Board, we would like to thank all the members who cast their votes in the recent Labor Board Election.
As your Labor Board, I can assure every member, that we are looking out for everyones interest in the upcoming contract negotiations.
We are currently conducting our comparative research with the other area police departments and analyzing our current contract for any potential changes/additions/deletions.
As is customary, we will be distributing the "Dream Sheets" in the near future so you, the membership can convey what you want for the next contract. But please remember, we cannot please everyone and we have to do what is right for the majority of our members.
Please try to attend the April 9th FOP Meeting as we will be discussing the process and strategies for the upcoming contract negotiations.
