The Lee County Sheriff Office.

Take the dip out of your mouth, stop messing with other cops, and being a waste of the taxpayers hard earned money. Quit being so corrupt. You give REAL cops a bad name.

Wow, how come you jumped to the conclusion anyone meant CCPD? I understand several former deputies have gone there and enjoyed good careers while CCPD retirees have happily joined LCSO. Hell, some of those old timers have moved into rather good positions like aviation and street crimes.

Seriously, why would that be your first comment? I don't see CCPD badmouthing LCSO anywhere? I don't see CCPD badmouthing FMPD anywhere? So what gives, Sport? Did they disqualify you or a buddy for hiring? Did someone write a loved one a ticket when you felt they shouldn't? Did they arrest someone who you would have let go? Certainly you have a reason. Certainly you have a justification. Just hoping you would share it with the group.

People remember negative experiences more strongly then positive ones. It's how nature has programmed us. The Cape has had plenty of negative incidents involving not so bright cops, so that's what people remember about them. So when someone pipes up with something like this riddle...it isn't hard to see why someones first thought might be by "real cops" i hope your not talking about the cape cops!

Hmm, none of the other agencies have negative incidents to report. LCSO sure doesnt have anything going these days ( Command staff shakeup, three shootings in three weeks, no details released yet....FMPD's morale is doing great (understaffed, overworked, aging equipment)....Sanibel PD! Now they have no negative publicity. Oh, thats right. Not much going on in Richpeopleland. Please identify the real cops for us.

I'm just telling you why someone would read the riddle and immediately think "good lord i hope he's not referring to the cape cops as the standard LCSO should strive for. It's a riddle, you figure it out who the "real" cops are. I don't really care.

Let me put it to you another way. When it comes to negatives, FMPD and LCSO have "real" problems. The Cape on the other hand has incidents that could have come straight out of the scripts of "Super Troopers" or "Reno 911".
