Is the City stalling dealing with Joe and Drew or are they really that busy that they over booked their calender and forgot about the arbitration hearings. Now they just wasted $2000.00 dollars on nothing!

A government agency wasting money, now that is news.... They just stepped on their whooo whoo and are just playing games a usual.
